Phew!

Just finished my workout for the day! I have been doing it for a week today! Proud of myself.  Today was Turbo Fire Core 20 and Stretch 40.  And my abs are killing me, but I still feel so dang good!!!  I also mowed the lawn for about a hour so I burned a ton of calories today! After that I helped Justin move his hard top for the jeep to the other side of the yard! Today was a great burn and so far very enjoyable!

Inches

So I have continued working out on Tuesday, rest Wednesday and working out again today.  I decided to take my measurements for the first time since I started this blog.  I have lost inches all over, my thighs are down 1/2 inch, Arms down 1 1/2 inch, Hips down 2 3/4 inches, Stomach down 3 inches and my waist down 5 inches!  Wow, I may not be losing pounds but I am happy with losing inches!  I am feeling better and sleeping better also.  I need to keep this going!

One Day Short of a Month

I can't believe I was doing so badly.  But I did manage to do Turbo Fire 30 and stayed under my calorie intake.  I have also managed to gain weight the last month, I am back up to 236. And there is no one else to blame but myself.  I am using myfitnesspal.com and it helps but I need to start doing better.  So this post is more about me kicking myself in the butt for not doing anything and about holding myself accountable....
